Purpose of the Draw:

The purpose of the draw is to reward participants who correctly register their purchase receipts from businesses affiliated with Graciadivina on this enabled platform..

Territorial scope

The draw is valid only for all participants who register their purchase receipt, whether or not they are residents of Spain, but who can be located for the delivery of the voucher..

Participation period

Participation will be open during each calendar month. Only tickets registered within the corresponding month and year up to the date of the monthly draw will be considered valid.

Participation requirement

• Be over 18 years old.
• Correctly register a valid purchase receipt.
• Complete all required fields.
• Expressly accept these legal terms and conditions.

Participation mechanics.

• Each valid receipt equals one entry.
• Receipts marked as fraud will be excluded.
• The draw will be carried out randomly.

Prize.

The prizes will consist of shopping vouchers to be used at partner stores affiliated with Graciadivina.

Prize conditions.

• The vouchers may only be used at stores affiliated with Graciadivina.
• The vouchers will have a maximum validity of 6 months.
• They are not exchangeable for cash.
• The store will not refund money if the purchase amount is lower than the voucher value.
• Any remaining balance is not accumulated or carried over.
• They are not transferable or redeemable for other items.
• The vouchers are personal and nominative and may only be used by the winning person.
• The store may ask for an ID for identification purposes; if the winner refuses, the store has the right to refuse the use of the voucher.

Winner selection.

The selection will take place on the 5th of the following month and will be carried out automatically and randomly among all valid and non-fraudulent receipts. For example, if November receipts are drawn, the draw will take place on December 5th, and so on.

Winner notification.

Winners may be notified via the website, by email, or by phone. The Organizer may declare the prize void if it is not possible to contact the winner.

Fraud and disqualification.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any fraudulent entry or any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions. If, when registering the receipt, the store details, purchase date, or price differ from those shown in the receipt photo, the receipt will be considered invalid and disqualified from the draw.

Data protection.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), exclusively for the management of the draw. Likewise, the data will be automatically deleted 6 months after the draw takes place.

Acceptance of the terms.

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

Liability.

The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, improper use of the prize, or non-compliance by the winners or affiliated stores.

Applicable law.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
